6. DRAFT RESOLUTION OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Details of the proposals and agenda items to be submitted for approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders have been finalized and reported to the competent State authorities for review and approval in accordance with regulations. ACV will promptly disclose these additional documents as soon as they are approved by the competent State authorities.
