On the night of April 9, 2025, the world-renowned aviation assessment and rating organization Skytrax announced the Top 100 Best Airports in the World rankings for 2025. In this ranking, ACV has two representatives: Noi Bai International Airport and Da Nang International Airport. 

Accordingly, Noi Bai International Airport climbed to 79th place, an increase of 17 places compared to 2024 (in 2024, Noi Bai International Airport was ranked 96th). This is the 7th time that Noi Bai International Airport, the important international air gateway of the capital Hanoi, has been honored in Skytrax's prestigious ranking, marking well-deserved recognition for the airport's persistent efforts and continuous improvements over time.

The year 2024 presented many challenges for Noi Bai International Airport, as it had to ensure continuous operations while simultaneously undergoing partial closures for the construction of the Terminal T2 expansion project. Under these conditions, the airport and related operating units still seized every small opportunity to improve service quality: from renovating passenger service areas, organizing cultural and artistic activities at the airport during holidays and Tet, to enhancing the application of information technology in flight operations management, and implementing the Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) model to increase operational efficiency, improve on-time performance, and save aircraft fuel. 

Notably, the implementation of a non-stop toll collection system in all entry/exit lanes for passenger terminals T1 and T2 has contributed to smoother traffic flow and passenger convenience. Many useful services were reviewed and added, such as phone charging stations, free wifi, children's play areas, and baby care areas; ensuring infrastructure accessibility for people with disabilities; continuously emphasizing and improving the service attitude of frontline staff serving passengers; consolidating and strengthening the activities of the Committee for Action on Passenger Service Quality at the Airport. 

Thanks to proactive and synchronized solutions, Noi Bai International Airport ensured absolute safety and security for over 30 million passengers in 2024, while also recording strong growth in international passengers right in the first quarter of 2025, with many new international routes being launched, connecting Noi Bai with international destinations.

For Da Nang International Airport, this is the second consecutive time it has been honored in the Top 100 Best Airports in the World announced by Skytrax. In 2025, Da Nang International Airport holds the 84th position in this prestigious ranking, an increase of 10 places compared to 2024. This is an important milestone, affirming that the service quality, infrastructure, and passenger experience at Da Nang International Airport are increasingly improving and meeting international standards.

Furthermore, on April 9, 2025, within the framework of the World Airport Awards 2025 event held in Spain, Da Nang International Airport continued to affirm its leading position as the International Passenger Terminal T2 maintained its 5-star rating for the second consecutive time according to Skytrax standards.

As of 2025, according to the prestigious Skytrax ratings, only 19 airports and 5 airport terminals worldwide have achieved the 5-star Skytrax standard. With this honor, Da Nang International Airport is constantly striving to maintain quality and further improve service experiences commensurate with its title.

The continuous presence in the Top 100 Best Airports in the World and the 5-star rating for the International Terminal demonstrate international recognition of Da Nang International Airport's efforts, especially in the context of increasingly fierce competition among airports in the region and around the world.

Having two major airports listed in the Top 100 Best Airports in the World for 2025 is a source of pride for ACV. It affirms that the service quality, infrastructure, and passenger experience at ACV's airports are continuously improving and keeping pace with international standards.

Along with Noi Bai International Airport and Da Nang International Airport being honored in the Top 100 Best Airports in the World, ACV will also inaugurate and put into operation Passenger Terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 2025). Upgrading aviation transport infrastructure will bring many good experiences for passengers traveling through ACV's airports.
